The Institute has been offering Post Graduate Diploma in Management for the last twenty-five years. The programme is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), Ministry of HRD, Government of India, and is Accredited by NBA (National Board of Accreditation) and is Equivalent to MBA by (AIU)-Association of Indian Universities & accredited by NAAC.

We offer dual specialization in our PGDM program, spanning over two years; it is designed to provide students with first-hand experience of corporate culture.

The program is spread across six trimesters and a summer internship. While the first three trimesters focus on building a strong foundation in the management discipline, the remaining three trimesters enable the students to specialize in the area of their interest

Each year our placement process starts with characteristic zeal and gusto. Our enterprising and proactive placement cell which is engaged in organising seminars, guest lectures, conferences, industrial visits, summer placement and other corporate events throughout the year begins inviting top corporate for final placement from September onwards.

JIMS, Kalkaji has industrial linkages with up with leading corporates such as Deloitte, Reckitt Benckiser , ICICI and the NHRD Network, NEN, ISTD, FIEO, PHD Chamber, Niesbud whose managers participate in our key activities such as Seminars, Conferences, Guest lectures etc. Our Corporate Advisory Board comprises of 250 Senior corporate managers who regularly mentor and guide JIMS students on live projects and during the Summer Internship program.

Students Training Aspects

At JIMS we are very sensitive towards their emotional development, their problem solving ability, decision making capacity, living in balance with a positive attitude and elevated life force and very importantly holding on to their social Skills. Recruitment Process

This process is usually conducted from the month of September onwards. Companies send their job postings to the CRC to be advertised within the college campus. The Job Description shared by the corporate has the following details:

Post sending their requirements, most companies choose to conduct a Pre-Placement Talk (PPT) so that they can interact with the PGDM graduates. This is followed by scheduling of participating companies for placements by allotting day and time when they can begin their recruitment process. Companies may invite CVs of interested candidates and shortlist college students on the basis of their profiles before coming on JIMS campus. Participating companies in the campus placement are offered all facilities and arrangements for conducting tests, group discussions and interviews.

Eligibility Requirement

• 50% marks in graduation in any discipline. (Students appearing in final year examination are also eligible).However they are required to submit their final year results by Oct 2019.
• Valid Exam Score (CAT/MAT/XAT/CMAT/ATMA).
• MAT /ATMA/XAT – 500 Composite Score or equivalent /CAT – 60 Percentile

25% Scholarship to students with 700 in MAT/ 80%ile CAT and 65% in X, XII and Graduation.

15% Scholarship to students with 650 in MAT/ 75%ile CAT and 60% in X, XII and Graduation.

10% Scholarship to students with 600 in MAT/ 70%ile CAT and 60% in X, XII and Graduation.

Special Scholarship

50% Scholarship to students with 85%ile CAT and 65% in X, XII and Graduation.
